Another wonderful yacht named Martha Ann has been created by Francois Zuretti and Espen Oeino International at the Luerssen shipyard. Formerly the yacht was known under the project name Shark. She was launched in April 2008. Martha Ann is a sistership of the previous yachts Apoise (2006) and Sant Nicolas (2007), but in contrast to her predecessors she has a blue hull accentuating her elegant silhouette.

This 70-meter yacht having the width of 12.8 m is surprisingly spacious. She has 6 decks with numerous recreation areas which the owner likes so much.

The main deck is made as a large foyer with an imposing stair and a glass elevator separating the owner`s stateroom from the main saloon. In the owner`s bedroom taking a full-width of the yacht there is a king-size bed in the middle; on the both sides of the bed there are two relaxation areas. The huge bathroom is separated into 2 parts – for the owner and his partner. This high-ceilinged room decorated with plenty of marble and wood looks spacious and luxurious.

The main saloon is full of the natural light from large windows; here there are a dining room with a glassy ceiling over a round dinner table and adjoining rooms – a galley and a storeroom. However dinner can be served at the stern as well, where there is another open dining area for 12 persons.

There are 2 garages for tenders aboard – a 26-feet imposing motor boat and a 24-feet  custom boat equipped for fishing. In addition there are 2 waverunners at the bow.

Ten large windows arced in a wheelhouse provide the optimal field of vision not only to a captain but also to his guests: 2 sofas intended for this purpose to watch both steering and running of the yacht.

The round glass elevator brings to the upper deck where a gym and a sports bar are located. On the upper deck there are a large swimming pool, a bar with stools and many deck chairs for sun baths. A special ceiling which can be closed and opened as jalousie is installed over the swimming pool to control sun beams. This part of the deck can be optionally equipped as a helipad.

Four spacious guest staterooms are located at the lower deck. Each of them is decorated in the original individual style and has big vertical portholes. Children can be accommodated in the supplemental stateroom where there are 3 single beds.

The crew members are accommodated in a separate area as on all the yachts of such a size – at the bow of the lower deck. There are 18 staterooms for the crew there. Also there are all the necessary utility rooms there: a food storeroom with a freezing chamber, a laundry and a linen storeroom.

Martha Ann is equipped with 2 Caterpillar engines and capable of going 6,000 miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots (the maximum speed is 15.5 knots).
